1. Subscription Services
Since our services are provided on a subscription basis, payment is collected in advance for each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers:
- If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable.
2. Renewal Charges
Renewal payments are non-refundable once charged.
If you wish to stop the next renewal, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
3. Service Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of your current billing period.
No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time in a billing cycle after the 7-day satisfaction window.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds beyond the 7-day window may only be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional cases, such as:
- A complete service failure where support was not able to resolve the issue.
- Billing errors due to technical problems.
