1. Web Development & Project-Based Services

  • A full refund may be requested within 3 days of making payment, provided that no significant development work has been completed.
  • Once a project has entered the design or development phase, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

2. Website Maintenance Subscriptions (Monthly & Yearly)

  • Customers may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase or renewal of a subscription plan.
  • After the initial 3-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current subscription cycle (monthly or yearly).
  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to avoid future billing.

3. Digital Services (SEO, Hosting Setup, Server Management, etc.)

  • For one-time digital services, a full refund is available if requested within 3 days of purchase, provided that no service work has started.
  • If the service has already been delivered or partially completed, refunds will not be available.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fees paid for third-party tools, domains, plugins, or hosting are non-refundable, as these are billed directly to providers.
  • Custom development work and completed deliverables are not eligible for refunds beyond the 3-day grace period.
